I'm Marco Rodríguez, based in Marbella. I run paid acquisition for real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol — solo, with AI tools handling what would normally take a junior team.

That structure is the reason I can charge what I charge. Bigger agencies cost €5,000+/month because they're paying for an account manager, a junior media buyer, a designer, a copywriter, and an analyst — most of whom you'd never speak to anyway. You speak to me. The work gets done by me + AI tools that genuinely close the production gap.

I stay narrow on paid acquisition because it's the channel where I'm actually expert. If you need branding, web, or organic content — I'll tell you straight up and recommend someone else. The honesty is part of the deal.
